GLUTEN-FREE, PRESERVATIVE-FREE: All of our breads are lovingly made in a dedicated gluten-free bakery. Our breads are preservative free so for maximum freshness we recommend keeping breads refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to one year.
